⏱️ Response Times

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days. We know that feels like an eternity when you're anxiously waiting for an answer, but we promise we're not ignoring you — unfortunately we all have day jobs and our team is mighty, but small.

Pro tip: If your question is time-sensitive, mention that in your subject line. "URGENT: Competition deadline tomorrow" will get faster attention than "hey" — though we appreciate the casual energy.

🙅 What We Can't Help With

Just to set expectations (and save us both some time):

We cannot share judging scores or feedback.
The audience have spoken. Their decision is final. Even if you ask really nicely.

We cannot accept late submissions.
via email, carrier pigeon, or interpretive dance.

We are not a record label.
We can't sign you. But we believe in you.

We cannot settle debates.
Not even about whether Bob Dylan deserved the Nobel Prize. (He did. Moving on.)
