About
Money Fight consists of two dudes from Red Deer, AB. We're a pop punk / emo outfit and we've been writing music for about 10 years. It took a bit of time to learn the process of writing a complete song along with production and recording techniques. Our goal is to release our EP of 6 songs within the next year and be playing live shows within a couple months. We have 3 songs out on all the platforms and just released our third single, Chasing Rainbows, which is our largest production yet and took about 4 years to complete. Our drummer thinks it's our best song yet and so we'll be entering it in this contest. Lyrically, the song is about the struggles of living in modern society—the rat race, feeling stuck, and feeling like you're going nowhere—which I think is something a lot of people can relate to.
